I've been researching the purchase of a new All-Terrain Cross Country bike for 3 months; I read and or watched every eBike video on youtube. I've been recreational rider of Cannodale MTB for over 15years, so I am accustomed to light and high performance mountain biking. I don't use the bike to commute, rather for weekend cross-country trail riding with some technical sections. The bike had to be durable with high quality components, light-weight, attractive, non-proprietary and easy to work on. The M2S All-Carbon has met my requirements thus far. Of course moving from a 26" F2000 FS Cannodale Scalpel (24LBS) to 27.5" Carbon Fiber frame with a electric motor (43lbs with battery and rockshox) was quite a change for me. Over the last month and 250mi, I have come to like this bike more and more. The 250watt to 650watt engine (not sure what it is), the motor make the additional weight melt away; the torque sensor get me up to 15-17mph very quickly (PAS1-2). I still have to work the hills, but they are so easy now, it makes me feel like I am cheating. The torque, acceleration are new to me and are really strong in my opinion. The eBike experience allows me to go further and faster; it has re-invigorated my passion for biking again. I particularly like being stealth with the All-Carbon, hanging with (or smokin') the Roadies' on the bike trails. Averaging 20mph with little to no effort. I'll update my review next summer to comment on the battery range and efficiency once I get more miles on it. So far, I ridden primary in PAS 1 (80%), 2 (15%), 3-5 (5%) of the time. With this type of usage, I've not been able to exhaust the battery to empty on any of my rides. Albeit, my longest ride in the past four weeks has been 40miles on a paved trail. I know the cold, wind, rider weight, hills, speed, and PAS usage can effect all these metrics. I am happy to say with my primary riding style, PAS usage, trails, weight, and riding season, I feel the battery would outlast my time or distance on the All-Carbon. Since I am a bit of a bike geek, I've had a bunch of questions leading up to and post- sale, the M2S team (Zack and Shaughn) have been super responsive via eMail and I've even had a number of good phone conversations with them as well. They answered all my questions promptly. So far, I believe the quality of the components and the carbon fiber frame is a great value for the $3100 I paid, definitely less expensive than Surface604 or Optibikes version of this bike. We all know, from the blogs, this is re-sale of a Chinese sourced Carbon eBike re-branded by M2S. Their value comes from (1) importing larger volumes and passing the savings in shipping cost to the customer (2) providing exceptional customer services (which they have) (3) provide local support and keeping accessories and replacement parts in inventory so, the customer does not have to deal with the Chinese manufacturer overseas. If or when the motor goes out, M2S could easily source, replace, and or install a new one on their bike. aHopefully I wont have to deal with that anytime soon. At this time, I am planning to get the all-carbon lighter than 43lbs; I saw another review of an owner get his to 35lbs, I'll use some of his tips. But since I just dropped $3G on this bike I'll take my time. For now, I considering cutting the fork tube down, going carbon on the seat post and headset. I've already ordered a Sypder seat (5.1oz) to replace the existing. I will eventually go tubless with the Maxxis Ardent RC light (but need to figure out how to make the Alexrims tubeless ready). Replace the forged aluminium crank arms, I am a lighter rider so I can get by with less beefy cranks. I am considering going to a one-ring (11) speed and getting rid of the lower ring and derailleur, but for now i like the flexible of the gearing as I get used to the bike. Do you have any other suggestions ? Happy Trails Everyone.

The bike is great!! Just a few cons, battery life for fastest speed only gives me about 10 miles per charge, so I usually ride on no. 3 that gives me around 20 miles, you can't put a kickstand on it,and the bike took 2-1/2 months to be delivered. The pros- bike is light weight, very attractive, and rides great in the wind.i would recommend this bike, but I think it should have more battery life. I would definitely but t another battery if it lasted twice as long

Based on the first couple hundred miles the All Go performs well. Everyone I talked to in sales and customer service has been knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased from M2S because a neighbor was having such a good time riding his R750 Pro.

Where did this pumpkin orange color come from? So surprsed when I puled the bike from the box. Everything online appears gold or yellowish orange. Not liking it, but good thing I was most interested in the bike, not the color. False advertising?

I would’ve only give a four star review on this item due to timing of ordering And getting my merchandise it took forever to get it but it’s understandable I guess
Cause of the demand they might have on their bikes but like they said to me in a mail they send me It was worth the wait
Cause now that I’m riding it
Is a great experience never thought It would feel such of beautiful enjoyment
Thanks m2s bikes

I’ve been without a bike for about 2 years. Decided that I really miss having one. I’d riden e-bikes at a friend’s beach house, and had a great time. Something I did not like about friend’s bike was the weight and ride. Friend's bikes were really heavy, were sluggishup-hill, and didn’t hold a charge for distance. I went on-line to start my research. The first site I looked into was M2S. I was impressed by All Go Carbon. Liked the styling, carbon frame and the bike described had everything I thought I wanted. I looked at several other manufacturers, and my mind kept comparing them with M2S. The bike is a great value for the $. It didn’t take long to make up my mind. Once ordered, I couldn’t wait to have my bike. The day it arrived, I took the afternoon off, pulled it out of the box, and it was ready to ride in no time. Thanks to the videos, assembly was really easy. I ran the battery down to one bar on my first ride. Took to bike shop for fine tuning of brakes and derailleurs (I’m not a mechanic) , and I’m having the best time on my daily rides. I love my All Go Carbon!

The bike did not arrived like expected. The handle was different there were no really deep instructions on how to use the control, I was really unhappy until I figure it out how to operate the bike. I could not change the speed and I was going to slow

I have to say it took a couple of months to get to me but once I got it I took it for a 15 mile ride.
I could not believe how much it helped as I climbed some really steep hills in my area.
@ 66yrs old those steeper hills tend to get a little harder. This M2S e-bike is just what the doctor ordered!
I would recommend this bike to everyone but especially older folks like myself.
It is definitely one of the best investments I’ve ever made!
Happy Trails

Was a little disappointed with the uphill assist. It appears to turn off when going up hill . It would be nice if there was documentation other than the videos about the controller settings .

What an amazing machine and even better, top notch customer service. My bike arrived well packed from a quality shipping provider. It was easy to assemble. I recommend getting some carbon fiber bicycle assembly Gel for the handlebars to keep them nice and sturdy without having to over-tighten the bolts. I ordered Finish Line Fiber Grip Carbon Fiber Bicycle Assembly Gel, 1.75-Ounce Tube from Amazon. I love this bike because its lightweight for an e-bike and it looks good. I highly recommend this versatile bike!

Another five star review!
I use my e-bike primarily for commuting (six miles each way on road, relatively flat terrain with a couple hills at the end) and got an e-bike so I could ride to work in "street clothes" and not arrive soaking wet needing to shower/change. I weigh about 180 lbs dressed.
Got my M2S All Go Carbon over the holidays and spent the remainder of the winter doing some tweaking and customizing. My previous e-bike (my first) was a Mongoose full suspension aluminum framed mountain bike retrofitted with a front all-in-one 250W hub motor. It weighed about 62 lbs with motor and accessories (lights and pannier rack, etc). With my All Go similarly modified, I've got 350W in the crank and it weighs right around 40 lbs. Previous bike would do about 15mph unassisted on flat road, whereas the All Go will do about 20 (both on full charge). PLUS, the All Go (due to its crank-mounted motor) absolutely devours the few hills on my route in a way the hub motor never could. I can maintain 17-18mph on a fairly steep grade with a little bit of pedaling. Finally, the difference in the lower center of gravity (thanks to battery in lower frame and motor in crank) makes the bike SIGNIFICANTLY more maneuverable. Before, my front wheel felt like a boat anchor!
Initially, I was concerned that the non-suspension carbon front fork would be too stiff… there are a fair amount of potholes on the New England roads upon which I commute, and I ride from about MAR – DEC so I need a good combination of comfort, durability, capability, and light weight. I find that the entire bike flexes slightly over hard bumps, which is a little disconcerting at first but now I’m used to it and appreciate the little bit of “give” it provides. I don’t know how I’d feel taking the bike on a trail, but considering that I’m using it for on-road commuting nearly 100% of the time, that’s not really my concern. I do not feel like I’m missing out by not having suspension forks or a shock-absorbing seat. Some folks complained about the non-adjustability of the handlebars but they are great for me so personally that’s not an issue.
I would recommend any All Go user plan to customize the bike to fit your needs. My modifications so far:
ELECTRONICS: 5v and 12v DC-DC converters with switches to independently control head, tail, and running lights. Pulled the bike’s display apart and tapped into the backlight for the switch lighting… when the display backlight is on, so are the switch backlights! Could have also used them to trigger all the lights via a Solid State Relay instead of using independent switches, but I like being able to control each light independently. I don’t care to use pedal assist (sometimes I want the bike to do ALL the work) so I added a thumb throttle. Neatened up all wiring/cabling with zip ties and flex loom. Added a Motowolf cell phone holder to the handlebar stem (with custom wireless charging pad) and a Hornet horn. I wear a Coros SafeSound Mountain helmet with flashing rear light and Bluetooth connectivity for phone & music via “open ear” speakers mounted to the chinstraps. WORTH EVERY PENNY.
LIGHTING: Proton R60 taillight with automatic brakelight (remotely controlled by my custom panel and always recharged by the bike battery when the battery is on), “eBay” 12V light bar and LED strips for running lights. Firefly turn signal grips (best at night, but the grips themselves are WAY comfortable!)
ACCESSORIES: RockBros top tube toolbag and cell phone holder (Tools on left, cable lock on right, and “cell phone holder” now holds my electronics box with voltage converters and switches). 3M reflective spokes – I mounted the running lights on the inside of the forks / stays to keep the bike’s lines clean, so the reflective spokes really kick the light out to the side and aid in night visibility. Pressure-indicating valve caps. Generic water bottle & cage. Generic Amazon gel saddle pad (I found the stock one VERY uncomfortable, but rather than buy a whole new seat, this was an easy $15 solution). Montague Rackstand (pannier rack, fenders, and kickstand combo) with generic Amazon bungee net. The Rackstand is probably my FAVORITE accessory – SUCH a clean solution to a number of things I felt I needed on my commuter! ESPECIALLY since this bike didn’t come with a kickstand! 3M Anthracite Carbon Fiber vinyl wrap on a few parts of the bike, to tone down some of the logos and bright orange (sorry, M2S! I did leave the m2s.com and the All Go logo, though!) The Anthracite perfectly complements the gray frame, and now the huge orange top tube patch and battery cover look more like the “pinstriping” on the rear stays. The wrap also helps tidy up the wiring on the front fork running lights.
FUTURE MODIFICATIONS will likely include: Replacing the monochrome display with an APT-850 or Bafang DPC-18, lighter weight road wheels, and a Veer split belt carbon drive and IGH combination. If I start feeling really froggy, I may upgrade the battery and controller to 48V, and may even add a rear hub motor to turn this bike into a high-speed “sprinter”! Stay tuned…
THANKS, M2S!!!

i'm going with 5 stars with the following suggestion for a more commuter friendly version:
have options for tires (i just changed them) and for more commuter friendly handlebars. i would have paid more.
i had the van moof - nice concept terrible execution - and a lot of bells and whistles that are not needed. i returned it and got the M2S Carbon, WOW. Quality, fun. i use it as a commuter with a suspension rack they supplied.

What is the cost of the handlebar upgrade mentioned in the video?

This is one of the most impressive bikes I have owned. Also this is my 1st E bike. I must say the quality and design of this bike is outstanding. Only knock is the handlebars are a little low requiring you to lean over a bit further then is comfortable but that can be remedied with handlebar extensions on the ends. I fully recommend this bike as the quality and design is outstanding and I have been approached by multiple people admiring this bike.

Everything is good as expected

These guys are the best, very helpful! I own two Allgo carbons, one I’m the States and one in South Africa. Love them, so easy to get in car carrier!

OK bike........but they have some problems 1st. Is took more than 2 months to get to me after I paid for it ....2nd. The shipping carton was badly damaged but the bike was ok.....3rd. There no assistance instructions, no tool kit ,no headlight or tail light or reflectors ,..... 4th. Is a big complaint for me you can not charge the battery when the battery is in the bike and because the way the battery is built and the location it is very hard to get it out of the bike to charge it..........I can not recommend this bike they need fix some of these problems..........

I received my All Carbon two or three months ago. I have logged 300 miles and have been more than impressed. If you are considering an ebike , it is a no brainer. The Go All Carbon will allow you to go further, faster and funner. The quality of the GAC is comparable to name brand bikes in the $5000 range. The bike at the lowest setting turns the steep Rocky Mountains into rolling New England Hills. The only thing I would change on this bike is the front handle bar is low for me and could be more adjustable. It also would have been nice to be able to demo the bike here in Colorado.

Would love to talk to someone at the company.....I don't have a computer... spoke to a gentlemen once ..before I purchased the all go..Lost the number. Like I said I would love talk...can you please mail me your phone number

Ordered this bike in February, and just now crossing 750 miles. Using this bike as a commuter in San Francisco, reduced commute time from Sunset > Financial District by 15 min (40 > 25). I can get to and from work on a single charge, with 5 miles left on the battery (~300ft elevation). The battery takes ~6 hours to charge from this level once plugged in. The bike arrived packed well, and was easy to assemble. It was missing the speed sensor magnet, and the speed sensor was not zip-tied to the frame. No other issues. The bike is very easy to carry up stairs, and with slick tires, perfect for roads.
The pedal assist controller could use some refining, when going above 25mph, the motor stops assist (expected), and when dropping below 25mph, it takes a squeeze of the brakes to start assist again. There was some confusion on the website if this was a 250 or 350w baseline motor, but seems to be 250w from the label on the motor. With some moderate pedaling, the motor will get you to 20mph pretty quick, the last 5mph require more effort from the rider. Up steeper (7%+) hills, I can maintain 10-12mph with moderate pedaling.
The bike arrived closer to 40lbs (carbon fork). I replaced the following to get it down to ~35lbs:
- Tires/tubes: heavy @ 2lb each, swapped for Panaracer Gravelking Slick 650b x 1.9'' (~330g), and Q-tube 650b tubes(need presta/schrader converter) Saved ~2.5lbs
- Components: Came with Shimano SLX/KMC chain, replaced with 10speed XT/XTR combo, 1x10 (removed front derailleur & shifter) - much better shifting. Saved ~1.5lbs
- Seat / Seatpost / Seatcollar: Thompson Elite seatpost + collar, Specialied Romin Saddle . Saved ~.5lbs
- Misc: Replaced heavy headset expander & cap with KCNC cap and star-nut, replaced grips with ESI silicon, cut fork & removed spacers. Saved ~.5lbs
For improvements, I'd suggest offering a road-specific model, as this bike works great for those who need to commute in the city and carry a bike up/down apartment or office stairs. Also, I'd like to see motor upgrade options > 500w. I get lots of comments when riding...some angry about having an ebike, but most admire the style and compact integration of battery/motor.

Bike works great, don't pass up hills anymore.Have a couple hundred miles on
no complaints. Wish you could charge battery on bike.

Bike is amazing, build quality is impressive, and very happy with the purchase, had to wait a while but absolutely worth it, would recommend this bike because of its performance and light weight carbon frame.

Having researched every electric-assisted bike I could find on the internet, I was a bit sceptical when I found the M2S All Go carbon bike at what appeared to be a really good price for a relatively light weight electric bike with quality components such as Shimano Deore shifters and hydraulic brakes. I bought two of the All Go bikes and found them to be as good as described. The build quality is excellent with an integrated battery compartment and computer. Assembly after removing all the packing material was a snap. No adjustments necessary other than saddle height. I found the 2.1 inch wide tires to be just right for all terrain from paved roads to unpaved trails. Although the bike weighs about 37 pounds with battery, I found it easy to pedal on level and slight upgrades wihout motor assistance. Going downhill, this thing really goes due to the low weight placement. At the same speed as a road bike, this thing is much more stable and comfortable providing confidence for even the most inexperienced rider. Uphill can be assisted to climb as easy as desired, especially because it comes with lots of gears from which to choose as well as 5 levels of motor assist. In addition, the motor can be used to help walk the bike up a hill as I do because my house is way below the road. In summary, I found the All-Go to be an excellent bike that can be ridden on almost any terrain with confidence at a price that is hard to beat.

No instructions were given in the box!! That would have been needed for an individual who has little experience in assembling a bike!! Packaging wad great with no scuff or broken.pieces!!

I just received my all bike, I live in Mexico City
Best performance, quality and money investment! Thank you m2s bikes!!

the bike is everything advertised to be first its great looking with its grey and orange color that stands out then ter ride and assist is really outstanding a fun e bike the ride on streets or the trail love it so far no complains a-plus to m2s

I feel like superman. The bike was easy to assemble and only required a slight adjustment on the rear derailleur, change the computer to 36 volts, and kph to mph. I was able to ride 37 miles on a charge over a hilly course before the motor shut down. Even then, because of the low weight it rides like my other bikes. It's one cool looking bike which doesn’t even look like an e-bike. Can’t beat the price for a carbon bike. I just love it.

Great Bikes!
I got my good friend, an applied electrical technician, and we went to Asheville, NC to critically look at M2S Bikes. We were cordially greeted and the bikes were taken to a bikeway with varying terrain and conditions. The bikes were ridden and analyzed for electrical integrity, overheating and stress, etc. All the bikes were quality.
Personally, I worked my way down to four and then three bikes I would be thrilled to own. Ultimately I chose the All Go carbon fiber. I requested some modifications and returned at the agreed upon date to test out the final product. I am thrilled! They fullfilled ally my requests. Great bike! Great ride!

You can't beat the service, quickness of replying back, answering questions, etc.
You'll be happy. Love the color & fit, I really LOVE the weight for an E-Bike.

Sent the wrong front wheel. Sending a new one that fits...It will still not match the rear wheel. So they are sending ANOTHER wheel in 30 days that both fits and looks like the other.

Love this bike. great ride..

I have had my All Go bike a few weeks and I can emphatically say this is an awesome bike. The features are superb to anything on the market. But the best part is this bike's price is nearly half of comparable competitor models
Christopher H.
I'm having a ton of fun with my All-Go. The bike came well packed with very minor assembly required out of the box. Gears and brakes all worked perfectly with no need for any "set up" at a local bike shop. As my first ebike, it took about 15 minutes to get the idea and feel of having multiple levels of assist in addition to the more traditional gearing. Once I got the idea, it's been easy and liberating. The bike provides a significant boost when you want it, yet I find myself riding mostly at relatively low assist levels 1 or 2. It looks great with an attractive paint scheme and integrated battery. It's also super light for an ebike. I got my bike with the optional front fork and the adjustable aluminum handlebars... both of which I'd recommend. The range is definitely dependent on the terrain you're riding on and your selected level of assist, but it's definitely better than I expected.
Lastly, the service and advice that M2S Bikes has provided has been exceptional on both an upfront and a follow-up basis. Eric Crews, who runs the company, has been particularly helpful.
All in all, a great experience!

Bought All Go carbon bike from M2S bikes. Had error reading on display. M2S staff considered the reading to be a possible electrical design flaw. M2S offered to replace the bike. We met at an agreed upon location in Tennessee to switch bikes. After study of the bike with electrical equipment, etc. they were able to fix the problem. No exchange was necessary.
In my mind that is really supporting your product and doing what you say you will do. Congrats to M2S bikes!
